First Rising of the Phoenix Events on Thursday, October 19th at Galveston’s San Luis Resort and Thursday, November 16th at the Pasadena Convention Center.

BACODA is about saving lives and changing futures of our youth and our communities…won’t you join us? These fundraising events will premiere the award-winning documentary The Last High, which brings awareness to synthetic marijuana.
