Plant It, Grow It, Cook It Volunteer Opportunity
Volunteers will help youth ages 6+ explore gardening, hydroponics, healthy eating, and simple food preparation through fun, hands-on activities. Volunteers may assist with student check-in, handwashing, serving dinner or snacks, preparing supplies, supporting the instructor, helping students complete projects, and cleaning the activity area.
No gardening or cooking experience is required. Training and instructions will be provided. This is a great opportunity for high school students who need community-service hours and adults who enjoy working with children.
Meeting Day: Tuesdays
Volunteer Time: 4:45–7:00 PM
