Friends of Northside is a non-profit organization with the vision of empowering people to attack poverty in their life and community by strengthening under-resourced communities through spiritual growth, education, revitalization, and basic needs. Friends of Northside is a location of Attack Poverty.
We are hosting our semi-annual open house for volunteers with Friends of Northside. If you're looking for a place to belong, please join us on August 25th, 2026 at 6:30pm. We are located at 6615 Irvington Blvd.
The Volunteer Invitational is a place to bring friends, bring questions, and bring an open heart for service. We will discuss who Attack Poverty is, what we do in the Ecclesia Lindale building, and how you can be a part of making a lasting impact on the people of our community.
There is no commitment expected. Attend the forum and ask any of your questions before committing to serving with Friends of Northside.
