Feed the Soul Foundation's Global Culinary Conference at Rice University will bring together chefs, culinary entrepreneurs, food innovators, and industry leaders for two days of connection, education, and business growth. We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable volunteers to help create a welcoming and seamless experience for every attendee.

How You Can Help
Volunteer responsibilities may include:
Welcoming & Check-In: Greet attendees, assist with registration, and distribute conference materials.
Attendee Guidance: Provide directions and guide guests to breakout sessions, networking areas, and other conference spaces.
Session Support: Assist with room setup, seating, and speaker needs.
Time Keeping: Help speakers and facilitators stay on schedule.
Lunch & Hospitality: Assist with lunch service and help keep food service running smoothly.
Parking Assistance: Provide parking directions and help attendees find the correct entrances.
General Event Support: Assist with setup, signage, materials, transitions, and other event needs.
