This is an opportunity to shape the volunteer experience from the ground up while helping build one of Houston's most welcoming volunteer programs.
AI tools will help simplify organization and communication. No prior AI experience is necessary—we'll provide training.
What You'll Do
- Recruit new volunteers
- Conduct volunteer interviews
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation
- Match volunteers with meaningful opportunities
- Maintain volunteer records
- Organize volunteer appreciation efforts
- Support volunteer training
- Recommend new volunteer leadership roles as CFRC grows
