CAD Drawing for Neighborhood Motel

Agape Development serves the OST/South Union neighborhood and owns the Haven of OST, a twenty-unit motel. The Haven operates as a month-to-month rental program, but we pay hotel and motel tax because of the occupancy code.  Agape Development would like to upgrade The Haven to a long-term rental or dwelling units. The Haven structure needs to be built as CAD files to move forward in this process.
