CAD Drawing for Neighborhood Motel

Agape Development serves the OST/South Union neighborhood and owns the Haven of OST, a twenty-unit motel​ that operates as a month-to-month rental progra​m. ​Agape Development pay​s hotel and motel tax because of the occupancy code. Agape Development would like to upgrade The Haven to a long-term rental or dwelling units. The Haven structure needs to be built as CAD files to move forward in this process. Each room will need to be individually measured prior to creating the CAD files.
