We are seeking dedicated volunteers to support one-on-one adaptive fitness sessions for individuals with disabilities or limited mobility. Volunteers commit to about one hour per week, working alongside a participant to assist with guided exercises, provide encouragement, and help create a safe, positive environment. No prior experience is required—training will be provided. This is a meaningful opportunity to build connections, support inclusive fitness, and make a direct impact in someone’s health and confidence.
