BIOMEDICAL/ Mechanical/ Electrical engineers and technicians are desperately needed at Project C.U.R.E. We send surplus medical supplies and equipment to developing nations. If you are skilled in this field, consider coming to our warehouse for about three hours a week to assess and repair donated equipment. Our warehouse is located at 8303 Kempwood (near Bingle).
Please dress comfortably (jeans, sweats, shorts) with comfortable closed toes shoes. Please note the exterior warehouse space can be a bit cool in the winter and warm in the summer.
HOW do I register?
New volunteers must create a profile and sign up on our website prior to volunteering.

• Here, you can read about volunteering opportunities and then select the Houston location for more info and the volunteer schedule.
• Alternatively, you may go right to the volunteer schedule: https://projectcure.volunteerhub.com/lp/houston/
• Sign up for any available shift that suits your schedule.
• You can then log in using your user id/password to sign up for volunteer sessions.
HOURS: Our individual volunteer hours are:
• Tuesday through Friday 9:30- noon and 1- 3:30pm.
• For your first shift, please arrive 15 minutes early as we will do a brief orientation.
You’ll use your user id/password to register online for each volunteer session. You are welcome to sign up for as many shifts as you like. It is important to come on time and stay for the full shift. Please remember to cancel if your plans change.
