About Domestic Truth Foundation

We are seeking a highly capable Director of Events Fellow to help build and lead our event infrastructure from the ground up.

This is a selective leadership-track fellowship.

Fellowship Overview

The Director of Events Fellow will work directly with executive leadership to design, execute, and systematize all major organizational events.

This is not a task-based internship. This is a strategic role for someone ready to think like an operations leader.

The selected Fellow will help build repeatable systems, sponsorship frameworks, vendor relationships, and scalable event models that support long-term organizational growth.

Houston-based candidates available for in-person event leadership will be prioritized.

We are seeking candidates who are serious about building something long-term.

Leadership Advancement Pathway

This fellowship is designed as a direct pathway to future compensated leadership. Fellows who complete a minimum of one year and demonstrate exceptional performance will receive priority consideration for future paid Director-level or operations roles as funding expands.

As Domestic Truth Foundation grows, this position has the potential to transition into a compensated Director of Events role.
