The career fair will open with a seated, corporate presentation segment and flow into a conversarional, standing event.
Career Experts will be stationed at each pathway, and those pathways may include: military, corporate, post graduate education, and entrepreneurship. Each pathway area will have 1 or two tables. Attendees will find 1- 2 career experts stationed at each table within the career fair.
Career Fair facilitators will support the career fair flow in a timely manner.
This role may include one or more of the following tasks:
- Assisting with handing out paper resources within an indoor meeting space
- Meeting and guiding career pathway experts to the career pathway tabling site by commuting from one indoor meeting space (lobby or near the parking entrance) to the career pathways tabling area.
- Walking a group of college students from one indoor meeting space to the next within the Royal Sonesta Galleria
- Standing at or near tables within to assist career professionals and collect paper resources from attendees.
- Directing attendees to various areas within the career fair, by subject matter/career pathway.
- Directing attendees to nearby restrooms.
- Time keeping, ensuring attendees circulate the room and speak to as many career pathway experts as possible within the 1.5 hour time frame.
