Description

Key Responsibilities: Monitor the financial health of the organization and review financial statements, budgets, and financial planning documents.

  • Budgeting & Reporting:

  • Oversee the development of the annual budget and ensure financial reports are accurate and timely.

  • Present regular financial reports to the board.

  • Compliance & Controls:

  • Ensure compliance with tax and financial reporting requirements.

  • Monitor internal controls and financial risk management practices.

  • Support Staff/Finance Team:

  • Work closely with the Finance Director/Manager, if applicable.

  • Support fundraising and grant management from a financial oversight perspective.


Qualifications: Skills in budgeting and documentation. Knowledgeable about 501c3 financial reporting requirements.
