Key Responsibilities: Monitor the financial health of the organization and review financial statements, budgets, and financial planning documents.
Budgeting & Reporting:
Oversee the development of the annual budget and ensure financial reports are accurate and timely.
Present regular financial reports to the board.
Compliance & Controls:
Ensure compliance with tax and financial reporting requirements.
Monitor internal controls and financial risk management practices.
Support Staff/Finance Team:
Work closely with the Finance Director/Manager, if applicable.
Support fundraising and grant management from a financial oversight perspective.
Qualifications: Skills in budgeting and documentation. Knowledgeable about 501c3 financial reporting requirements.
