Ingraham Gully according to historical records has been around since before 1869, plays a vital role in the Fifth Ward's stormwater drainage system, yet has been abandoned and it has become increasingly clogged with litter and illegal dumping over the years.
The current condition poses not only an environmental concern but also a real risk of worsening flooding during potential heavy rains. We invite you to join our community clean-up of the gully to help reduce litter which ultimately flows into Buffalo Bayou.
