TWST4Girls Team Key Responsibilities:
Recruit children in need of our programming
Onboard new members
Train individuals and groups to improve their mentorship experience
Manage ongoing communication, support, and retention efforts
Match Support monitors and supports mentee-mentor relationships to ensure a strong, productive, and program-aligned environment
Keep youth records organized and up to date
Help create a welcoming, mission-driven organization culture
