Role Impact:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about our mission and eager to help the organization as we move forward. The Board Secretary is a key role to the overall effectiveness of the beyWIsee Foundation.

- Proficiency with record-keeping tools
Commitment & Location:
- 3 Yr. Board Commitment
- Quarterly meetings
- Special monthly meetings leading up to events
- All meetings are held remotely
Experience Level:
- Previous board experience is not required
- Administrative experience is preferred, but not required
This is a great opportunity to gain first-hand non-profit board experience for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule board meetings, prepare and distribute agendas and supporting documents, and ensure meetings run efficiently.
Accurately record minutes of board meetings, including discussions, decisions, and action items.
Ensure effective and timely communication among board members and other stakeholders.
Maintain and organize official organizational records, such as bylaws and board member rosters, ensuring they are accessible.
Play a crucial role in supporting the board's overall governance and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
