The AIP BIPOC Network is seeking a volunteer to support the planning of our annual Summit, a national virtual gathering focused on autoimmune health equity. You’ll assist with coordinating speakers, managing schedules, and preparing materials to ensure a smooth and impactful event. Your work will directly support our mission to improve the quality of life of the BIPOC Autoimmune Community through Awareness, Advocacy, Action, Assessment, and Alignment.
Tasks:

Assist with speaker and panelist coordination (outreach, scheduling, materials)

Help organize agendas, run-of-show documents, and tech prep

Support communication with attendees and partners

Track registrations and prepare follow-up materials

Provide input on engagement strategies for participants
Time Commitment:

4–6 hours per month leading up to the event (increasing closer to event date)

Remote with virtual planning meetings
Skills Needed:

Organized and detail-oriented

Strong communication and coordination skills

Comfortable with virtual platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, or similar)
