We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers to support our upcoming fundraising event at the BakerRipley Gulfton Sharpstown Campus! As a fundraiser event volunteer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the event runs smoothly, engaging with guests, and helping us reach our fundraising goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with event setup and breakdown (decorations, tables, etc)
- Welcome and check-in guests at registration
- Support donation collection and fundraising activities (silent auction)
- Serve food and beverages
- Provide general event support and customer service
- Help ensure a fun and positive atmosphere for guests
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with guests
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Age requirement: 14+
