Volunteers are needed to pull weeds, lay mulch, paint, repair garden tools, assemble a compost bin and plant at the Youth Going Green Community Garden, 4706 Idaho St 77021
The garden provides youth in the community with skills to empower them to be productive and productive youth.
So many volunteers have expressed fulfillment, relaxation -(2).png)
and a sense of purpose as they work in the garden.
Garden hours are every Thursday and 1st/3rd Sunday at 3-5pm. Community service hours are provided if needed.
