Volunteer Role: Player/Uniform Management
Overview:
As a Player/Uniform Management Volunteer for the No Excuses Pro League (NEPL), you will be an essential part of the game day operations team, responsible for making sure players and coaches are checked in, geared up, and ready to compete. This position requires organization, professionalism, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Check in players upon arrival and verify rosters

Collect signed waivers or assist players with completion onsite

Issue and collect uniforms before and after each game

Organize and maintain uniforms by team and size for efficient distribution

Prepare and organize coaches’ shirts for easy access and handout
-
Communicate updates and information (game times, court assignments, reminders) to players and coaches

Assist with resolving any last-minute roster or uniform issues

Event Dates:
June 13 – August 15 | Game Days: Fridays 5:30pm-11:00pm, Saturdays 1:30pm-6:30pm & Sundays 11:30am-9:00pm (select dates available, you can volunteer as little or as much as you would like)
