Happy Trails and Hot Dogs is our annual family picnic and funday. It's a wonderful opportunity to meet new neighbors and hang out with old friends while enjoying many of the things Woodland Park has to offer. To make this year as successful as ever, we'll need help with set up and take down, preparing and serving food, operating the merchandise and silent auction tents and more.
We hope you'll sign up for one or more of the shifts listed below.
9 a.m. - 11 a.m. set up: help put up tents, tables and chairs; prepare food, merchandise, auction and information booths
11 a.m. - 12 noon food preparation and serving, merchandise table or other tasks
12 noon - 1 p.m. food preparation and serving, merchandise table or other tasks
1 p.m. to 2 p.m. take down: pack up all booths and tents, put tables and chairs in community center
