Volunteer Opportunity – Become an Interview Coach with Career Gear Houston!
Are you passionate about helping others succeed?
Career Gear Houston is looking for volunteer interview coaches to support our SuitUp Program! As an Interview Coach, you’ll work one-on-one or in small groups (2 clients) to help men prepare for job interviews. We provide the curriculum—you provide the guidance, encouragement, and expertise!
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in professional-level work and/or hiring employees
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- A desire to empower men in their career journeys
- Flexible volunteer shifts available, Tuesday, Wednesdays & Thursdays
