Role Overview
As a committee member, you’ll contribute to the planning, development, and evaluation of TWST4Girls programs. This is a great opportunity for creative, organized individuals committed to youth empowerment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop engaging program content and plan youth events.
- Research best practices in youth development and suggest improvements.
- Help secure resources, partnerships, and sponsorships.
- Attend monthly meetings and occasional planning sessions.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in youth programming, education, or event planning (preferred).
- Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Passion for empowering youth.
Time Commitment
- 5-8 hours/month, including one meeting.
- 12-month commitment preferred.
