7:30 to 9:00 am:
Parking – Make sure all Volunteers park to the back of the Parking Lot
National Sponsors and Special Guests – Meet National Sponsors and Special Guests. Welcome them and help them move their supplies from their cars to their assigned tables.
Registration & T-Shirts - Help with pre-registered walkers and runners, help with walk-up registrations for both the 5K and walk, pass out t-shirts and goodie bags.
Water Stations - Set up water table at turn-around for the 5K and for the walk.
Memory Board & Signing Banner - Set up Memory Board & Signing Banner for patients and family members
Staff the Memory Board & Signing Banner helping families create their patient memories and attendees to autograph the banner.
