CrowdDoing supports a social innovation venture lab and a portfolio of social enterprises. Both the lab and the social enterprises aim to achieve systemic change through collaboration with virtual volunteers.
Role Summary:
Referral Management/Social sourcing will refer people who relate to our current needs from their networks.
This is a unpaid volunteer position.
Qualification:
High school or GED equivalent
Essential Tasks:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements.
- Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques.
- Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks .
- Developing new and creative strategies to engage and attract both active and passive candidates through social media.
- Ask for referrals from current volunteers and external networks.
- Promote our organization brand online and offline.
- Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities.
Skills:
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to positively present our organization and open roles to potential candidates.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques.
