Description

CrowdDoing supports a social innovation venture lab and a portfolio of social enterprises. Both the lab and the social enterprises aim to achieve systemic change through collaboration with virtual volunteers.

Role Summary:

Referral Management/Social sourcing  will refer people who relate to our current needs from their networks.

This is a unpaid volunteer position.

Qualification:

High school or GED equivalent

Essential Tasks:

 

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements.
  • Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques.
  • Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks .
  • Developing new and creative strategies to engage and attract both active and passive candidates through social media.
  • Ask for referrals from current volunteers and external networks.
  • Promote our organization brand online and offline.
  • Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities.

Skills:

  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to positively present our organization and open roles to potential candidates.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques.
