CrowdDoing supports a social innovation venture lab and a portfolio of social enterprises. Both the lab and the social enterprises aim to achieve systemic change through collaboration with virtual volunteers.
Role Summary:
CSR Volunteer Sourcer will secure volunteer matching grants/dollars for doers resources through addressing our gaps in roles.
This is a volunteer unpaid position.
Qualifications:
- High school or GED equivalent
- Bachelors degree preferred.
Essential Tasks :
- Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements.
- Identify Corporates using various sourcing techniques.
- Interact with Corporate employees on social media and professional networks.
- Ask for referrals from current volunteers and external networks.
- Promote our organization brand online and offline.
- Develop a network of potential industry professionals for volunteering.
Skills and competencies:
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to positively present our organization and open roles to potential corporates..
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques.
