Lives can be saved through your involvement with a program that channels badly needed medical supplies to developing countries. You can support the program by helping sort and box these items at a collection and distribution center right here in Houston.
The work is simple. Shifts can be scheduled on an occasional basis and can be arranged for weekdays or weekends. Youth volunteers are welcome.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: "C.U.R.E" is an acronym for "Commission on Urgent Relief and Equipment". Project C.U.R.E. provides donated medical supplies and equipment to developing nations around the world.
The supplies and equipment are generally surplus materials that would go unused in the U.S.
