MAM is in need of a bilingual receptionist for shifts on Monday and Thursday afternoon. The receptionist is the first person to talk with clients. The receptionist gathers identification from client to compare with databases to determine eligibility of services and prepares client forms for referral to an interviewer or case manager. Receptionist must be a patient people person with good time management skills and scheduling ability.  The receptionist will make appointments for collaborative services, such as Medicaid, SNAP, etc. The receptionist must have basic computer skills including familiarity with WINDOWS and simple data entry. The receptionist must have the ability to speak and understand Spanish.
