Help The AIP BIPOC Network bring Roundtable conversations to life and showcase their impact!
We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented volunteer to support our monthly Roundtables, which uplift the autoimmune and chronic illness community through open dialogue, shared resources, and collective learning. You’ll help transform these conversations into polished materials, engaging presentations, and clear impact highlights.
Your work will directly support our mission to improve the quality of life of the BIPOC Autoimmune Community through Awareness, Advocacy, Action, Assessment, and Alignment.
Tasks:
- Draft copy for outreach, invitations, and follow-up messages
- Create Canva graphics and PowerPoint slides for Roundtable promotion and presentations
- Review AI-generated summaries from video transcripts and polish into usable highlights
- Compile resources into organized Excel spreadsheets for ongoing access
- Monitor testimonial submissions and help integrate them into stories and reports
- Identify key quotes, data points, or insights for newsletters, social media, and funder updates
Time Commitment:
- 2–4 hours/month (can be done in smaller sessions)
- Flexible schedule, fully remote
Skills Needed:
- Canva and PowerPoint for graphics and presentations
- Excel for organizing resources and data
- Strong writing and editing skills for clear communication
- Attention to detail and ability to translate summaries into stories
- Interest in nonprofit work, health equity, and impact reporting
