The AIP BIPOC Network is seeking a tech-savvy volunteer to design professional online forms in Jotform for event registrations, surveys, and community programs. Using provided content, you’ll create forms that are easy for participants to complete and simple for us to manage. This one-time project helps us better connect with our community and collect valuable data to support our mission: to improve the quality of life of the BIPOC Autoimmune Community through Awareness, Advocacy, Action, Assessment, and Alignment.
Tasks:
- Create new Jotform forms using provided questions/content
- Format for mobile and desktop use
- Set up confirmation messages and email notifications
- Test forms before launch
Time Commitment:
- Short-term project: 4–6 hours total
- Flexible schedule, can be done remotely
Skills Needed:
- Experience with Jotform (or similar platforms) preferred
- Attention to detail in layout and formatting
