Key Responsibilities:
To lead the organization’s branding, public relations, and outreach strategies to enhance visibility and public support.

  • Strategic Oversight:

  • Develop and guide the organization’s marketing and communications strategy.

  • Align messaging with mission, values, and fundraising goals.

  • Brand Management:

  • Ensure consistent and effective use of brand elements across platforms.

  • Oversee the development of marketing materials and campaigns.

  • Media & Public Relations:

  • Act as a liaison with the media when needed or support staff in doing so.

  • Help promote events, campaigns, and organizational achievements.

  • Digital Engagement:

  • Support the organization’s online presence (social media, website, email newsletters).

  • Monitor public engagement metrics and suggest improvements.


Qualifications: Strong interest in marketing and/or communications. Strong skills using social media, AI, and Canvas or Adobe Creative Cloud. Confident in public speaking.
