KLSTEPS volunteer program was inspired By Americorps and Teach For America. KLSTEPS strive to provide socially significant support to volunteers.
General Volunteer position assists with day-to-day operations (mostly remote)-- promoting and coordinating easy fundraising events. Education Cash Stipend is available to help with tuition assistance or student loan repayment
Volunteer/ 1099- Contract (Hybrid Position-- Education Cash Stipend & Reimbursement).
Client Support Services - If you have experience (education/ work) providing professional social support services to clients, you may be eligible to receive reimbursement for your services, depending on the funding availability. This Volunteer position consists of working with families, assessing clients, behavior support planning, providing direct support services, assist with transitional support for youth, behavioral support services for youth, or planning social skills activities. This is a Great Opportunity for Graduate/ Student who need additional fieldwork hours to gain eligibility to sit for a board exam. Most of the services mentioned are remote/flexible assignments.
