The Bread of Life, Inc. 1st Saturday Food Distribution will be held every 1st Saturday, on the campus of St. John's Downtown UMC, 2019 Crawford St. 77002

- Shift: 9am-1pm (Tasks include, set-up, registration, traffic control and loading food and relief items into vehicles.)
- Location: John's UMC Downtown at 2019 Crawford St., Houston, TX 77002. The distribution takes place behind the church, underneath Pierce Elevated.
- Parking: Available in the parking lot across the street from the church on Gray St., all other parking is metered Mon - Sat until 6pm.
- Attire: Flat, closed toe shoes (i.e. no sandals, flip flops, high heels crocs) and weather appropriate clothing.
- Anyone 7yrs to 13 yrs of age must have an adult accompany them and will need to have a Minor Volunteer Waiver
- Please sign in when you arrive and sign out when you leave. Consider downloading the CauseConnect App, Click here to get the App to check in onsite and bypass the Kiosk. Remember to edit your hours to reflect actual time served, rather than the default time. You can also Check In and Out via a link emailed the day of the volunteer opportunity.

Your signature/sign in is acknowledgement that you were given (verbal or written) instructions concerning Bread Of Life, Inc. policies and guidelines of distributing HFB products. All volunteers are aware that they must go through the intake process before receiving any food, cannot receive food until all clients have been served, and that the same eligibility criteria apply to them as well. This includes, but not limited to, Code of Ethics and Guidelines, Confidentiality, and Civil Rights.
