As the season changes, what a great time to consider how you can change a life. This autumn, we invite you to Fall into Service with the American Red Cross by volunteering.
As more people rely on the Red Cross for help, the need for compassionate volunteers has never been greater. From helping people effected by disasters, like home fires and floods, to supporting the collection of lifesaving blood, you can make a difference. There are many ways you can help neighbors in need through our most-needed positions:
Opportunities we will cover:
- Disaster Action Team (How you can respond to home fires)
- Recovery Casework (helping clients recovery from a disaster)
- Blood Services Transportation (Delivering blood to local area hospitals)
- Disaster Mental Health Team
- Disaster Spiritual Care Team
- Sheltering Team
