We are in need for 30 volunteers on May 28th from 7:30- 3:30. Our office will provide lunch and validate parking in one of the garages. Please note that we are really encouraging volunteers to carpool due to limited validation vouchers.
Volunteers must arrive by 7:30am at GRB to check in at the third floor in front of room 360. It’s very light duty with a lot of walking. Main responsibility of the volunteer is to corral the students to their sessions. There will be four breakout sessions throughout the day with an hour lunch. The event will kick off at 9:00am and end at 2:30pm.
This event is somewhat of a career fair for high school students, supported by Council Member – Vice Mayor Pro Tem Jerry Davis and his team.
