Post Health Home and Hospice

Post Health-Home and Hospice is a Home Health Care organization that provide patient that have been discharged from the hospital and in need of additional medical care. In addition we provide comfort care, bereavement support for those who have lost loved one and supply them with grief counseling to help them navigate the difficulties adjustment because of their loss.

The volunteer will visit patient that have serious illnesses. They will provide comfort care and also perform some assigned office work.
