LinkHealth partners with clinics, hospitals, and community organizations to connect patients with essential public benefits and resources that improve health and well-being. Through trained Patient Navigators and innovative technology, we help individuals access programs such as SNAP, Medicaid, utility assistance, and other support services while reducing barriers to care. At the same time, we provide students with hands-on experience in healthcare, community engagement, and patient advocacy.
