We are a community that cares about the vibrant neighborhoods along the Columbia Tap Trail Corridor, including Third Ward, MacGregor, & East Downtown, and desire to bridge the past, present, and future of the Columbia Tap Trail through interpreting history, influencing policies, and enhancing the trail environment, thereby creating positive, equitable change for residents and visitors.
