Board members have successfully led and supported real estate acquisition, rehabilitation, property management, and housing stabilization efforts, with over a decade of combined experience navigating complex housing challenges. Their professional backgrounds include experience in real estate brokerage, mortgage processing, legal support, and service-based industries, equipping the organization with the expertise needed to identify opportunities, manage projects efficiently, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. In addition to professional expertise, board members bring a strong commitment to community service and a deep understanding of the populations we serve. This includes lived and professional experience working with individuals facing housing insecurity, financial hardship, and reentry challenges. Their ability to connect with and advocate for vulnerable populations strengthens program design and delivery.

Space and Grace Solutions Foundation is dedicated to serving vulnerable populations, with a primary focus on senior citizens facing housing insecurity, including veterans, low-income individuals, and those reentering society after incarceration. These individuals often face significant barriers to stable housing, including limited income, lack of support systems, and challenges navigating available resources. The need for safe, stable, and affordable housing among this population is critical. Many seniors are at risk of homelessness or are currently living in unsafe or unstable environments. In addition to housing, there is a growing need for supportive services such as case management, financial literacy, and access to community-based resources that promote long-term stability and independence.
