Who We Are

The PostBaby Bliss Foundation (PBBF) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming the postpartum experience for families by closing gaps in care, support, and resources. We provide programs that nurture emotional wellbeing, physical recovery, parental confidence, and family connection during the critical postpartum period.

What We Do

Services

  1. Mental Health Counseling
Professional counseling support to address postpartum depression, anxiety, emotional adjustment, and maternal well-being.

  2. Lactation Support
Individualized and group-based breastfeeding support provided by certified lactation consultants (IBCLCs). Services help mothers navigate feeding challenges, strengthen bonding, and build confidence through education and peer connection.

  3. Resource Navigation
Personalized guidance connecting families with trusted, culturally responsive healthcare providers and community resources. Through curated partnerships, families are linked to essential services such as housing support, nutrition programs, childcare, and healthcare access.

Programs

Community-based initiatives designed to reduce isolation and create supportive networks among mothers and caregivers.

  • Maternal Wellness Circle (Flagship Program)
Facilitated group sessions focused on emotional wellness, self-care practices, and meaningful peer connection for mothers navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood.
