Humble Area Assistance Ministries

HAAM was created 30 years ago, February 14, 1990. At the time 16 congregations and organizations came together to provide a comprehensive social service agency that would be the safety net for Humble ISD and East Montgomery County. The idea is that churches and schools would no longer need to provide food pantries and by centralizing efforts duplication would be avoided. As the community grew, so has HAAM. We have 29 covenant organizations with many other groups and individuals supporting our efforts.
