UFCS feels that a collaborative community should be accountable for the success of their students beyond high school. Our mission is straightforward: to help students from first-generation, low income and minority backgrounds find the support they need to thrive in school and beyond.

Dedicated to advancing educational and career outcomes for underserved learners, many of whom are first generation or disconnected youths. Through our unique platform, GRADegy we carefully assess the needs of each student and their families, connecting them with resources and support systems that empower them to stay on track and succeed.
