Houston Youth Empowerment Services

Houston Youth Empowerment Services' mission is to provide empowerment to youth by utilizing tools of STEM, financial literacy, sports education, and acts of kindness in the community. As we prepare today's disadvantaged youth for tomorrow's ever-evolving modern-day world closing the socioeconomic gap.

Houston Youth Empowerment Services (HYES) continues to carry out its mission through empowering Houston's youth through education and resources such as after-school programs in STEM (science experiments and coding). Providing free financial literacy courses online and in person. HYES also provides sports education by partnering with other sports organizations in the community. These partnerships allow HYES to offer free sports clinics and lessons to youth. HYES also believes that while providing education to the local youth to assist with building life skills and leadership, giving back to the community is also an important part of life as we participate in BEAR annual toy drive, providing a range of gifts to children and teens in Houston's foster care.
