We are a faith-based non-profit. Our mission is to "Empower Lives Disrupted by Dementia" with the ultimate vision of "Ending the Stigma of Dementia"
What We Do
helping families with the challenges of dementia and Alzheimer's in many ways: through our day program for adults with mild to moderate dementia, and through our connections programs where we educate, support and care for family caregivers and the community.
