Volunteer: Tent Inventory & Set up

Help us prepare for summer by getting our tents ready prior to sending them out on our summer trips! This involves setting them up, checking for damage, identifying any missing parts, and then breaking them back down and packing them up. It's a simple task that goes quickly with 15 to 20 people. If time allows we will do simple repairs involving gear tape.

We will meet at Bayland Park on Monday, April 20th to kick off National Volunteer Week! Please arrive at round 9:45am in order to begin at 10am. We should be done by 12:30 pm. Please dress comfortably, and bring a refillable water bottle. We will have breakfast, cold drinks, and snacks.

First time volunteering with us? Please fill out our event volunteer form ahead of time for yourself and for anyone that comes with you. If you have any questions, please contact diana@thewoodsproject.org
