Volunteer: Homeless Outreach - Supper & Showers Program Facilitator - March 2026

Every Tuesday and Thursday, Hope Impacts partners with Cross Road Church to offer the opportunity for the homeless community of Katy to come and have supper, fellowship together, take a shower, and receive necessities and clothes.  We need volunteers to help us facilitate this program. You must arrive promptly at 4:30 to receive your role and have time to ask questions if needed. If you cannot arrive at 4:30 pm, please email us directly at allie@hopeimpacts.org

Positions will be assigned upon arrival and may include:

MINORS BETWEEN 16-18 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED AT ALL TIMES & EVENTS BY A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN.

Light warehouse support and staging

Supporting last-mile disaster recovery efforts

This work helps families transition from crisis back into stable housing.

Who Can Volunteer:

Individuals (18+)

Small groups & corporate teams welcome

No experience required

Must be able to stand, walk, and lift light-to-moderate items

What to Wear / Bring:

Closed-toe shoes (required)

Comfortable work clothes

Water bottle

Why This Matters:
Every piece of furniture sorted helps a household move off the floor and closer to stability after disaster or displacement.
