The Missouri City Crawfish Fest is a community celebration featuring authentic Creole crawfish, local vendors, and scholarship fundraising activities benefiting the Missouri City Chamber Education Foundation.

Volunteers will help ensure a smooth and enjoyable event experience while supporting our goal of raising funds to award scholarships to graduating seniors in our community.

This is a great opportunity to give back while helping launch a new annual festival in Missouri City

• Assist with event setup and signage
• Welcome guests and provide directions
• Help with vendor check-in
• Assist with crawfish serving line coordination
• Support the cornhole tournament area
• Help with event cleanup and breakdown

We offer weekly tennis clinics for children & teens with autism. Volunteers are paired up with a participant, hopefully for the duration of the session and beyond!

We are in need of competent individuals to serve on our EVENT PLANNING COMMITTEE.

Work alongside Marketing and Development professionals and Board/Advisory Council members to assist with planning, coordinating, and executing non-profit fundraiser events.

A Credible Messenger Mentor is someone whose lived experience serves as the foundation for their ability to guide, support, and build trust with others—particularly youth impacted by the juvenile justice system or at high risk of involvement. These mentors use their personal journeys of growth and transformation to connect authentically, offer guidance, and inspire positive change.

We are currently seeking dedicated Credible Messenger Mentors to serve justice-involved youth in the Fort Bend County area. By sharing your experience, encouragement, and leadership, you can help young people navigate challenges, build confidence, and create a pathway toward a brighter future. If you have a heart for mentorship and a commitment to empowering youth, we invite you to join us in making a meaningful difference in our community.

Every Tuesday and Thursday, Hope Impacts partners with Cross Road Church to offer the opportunity for the homeless community of Katy to come and have supper, fellowship together, take a shower, and receive necessities and clothes.  We need volunteers to help us facilitate this program. Adult volunteer mentors from the community are recruited, screened and trained. After clearance, the mentor is carefully matched by gender and geographical proximity with a youth that is currently involved with the Fort Bend County Juvenile Probation Department. These juveniles are between the ages of 10 and 17 and are living in their home. Each week , the mentor will offer one-to-one support and encouragement by participating in activities such as: talking at the park, playing sports, going to the movies, having dinner, going to the library, etc. This program provides the juvenile an opportunity to spend quality time with a positive adult role model.

Adult volunteer mentors from the community are recruited, screened and trained to provide visitation to juveniles in the Fort Bend County Juvenile Probation Detention Center. The juveniles chosen to receive a mentor are usually those that do not have anyone coming to visit them, are going to be there longer than average, and just need one-to-one visits. This program is designed for mentors to provide support, listen and encourage the juvenile while they are being detained in the detention center.

We’re looking for volunteers to help us raise awareness in the community by delivering flyers and sharing info with local businesses!

The ECDC - Houston Multicultural Center is looking for women to volunteer as volleyball and basketball coaches to support our Refugee Health Promotions program. This opportunity is open to anyone with a foundational understanding of these sports, and a willingness to support women learn and play together.

Practice will take place biweekly on Saturdays from 10am - 12pm at the Ashford Pointe apartment complex.

Looking for a patient and supportive volunteer to help our after-school students with challenges with foundational skills such as phonemic awareness and reading comprehension. Students are K-5. Each class session will be one-to-one.
