Model & Guest Experience Ambassador will help create a welcoming, polished, and memorable experience for all attendees. This dual-purpose role combines event modeling and brand representation with front-of-house guest support.

Key Responsibilities:

Model designated clothing, accessories, or featured products during the Expo’s fashion segment and promotional activities.
Represent Elev8 Expo professionally and confidently while interacting with guests, vendors, speakers, and partners.
Warmly welcome attendees as they arrive and assist with ushering.
Support registration, ticket verification, and attendee check-in.
Distribute name badges, event materials, gift bags, or other attendee items.
Direct guests to sessions, seating areas, restrooms, vendor spaces, and other event locations.
Answer general questions and help attendees navigate the Expo.
Assist with line management, seating, transitions between sessions, and other general event needs.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and presentable event environment throughout the day.
Support light setup, tidying, and post-event cleanup as assigned.
Promptly communicate guest concerns or operational issues to the event coordinator.

Ideal Candidate:

Confident, friendly, approachable, and comfortable modeling in front of an audience.
Professional in appearance, communication, and conduct.
Dependable, punctual, energetic, and able to follow directions.
Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
Willing to support various event duties as needs arise.
Previous modeling, hospitality, customer service, or event experience is helpful but not required.

The Elev8 Expo Choir Vocalist & Event Performer will perform as part of a small vocal ensemble, helping create an uplifting, inspiring, and engaging atmosphere for Expo attendees.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform as part of a small choir during designated portions of the Elev8 Expo program.
• Learn and rehearse assigned songs, harmonies, transitions, and stage movements before the event.
• Attend all required rehearsals, sound checks, and performance briefings.
• Collaborate closely with the choir director, fellow vocalists, musicians, and event production team.
• Arrive on time and remain performance-ready throughout assigned program segments.
• Follow the designated dress code or wear performance attire provided or approved by Elev8 Expo.
• Maintain a professional, positive, and respectful presence while representing Elevate Mind & Style.
• Assist with simple stage transitions and related performance needs as assigned.

Ideal Candidate:
• A confident singer who can blend effectively within a small vocal ensemble.
• Able to learn melodies and harmonies and follow musical direction.
• Dependable, punctual, enthusiastic, and comfortable performing before a live audience.
• Previous choir, worship team, ensemble, or live-performance experience is preferred but not required.
• Available for scheduled rehearsals, sound check, and the Elev8 Expo event.
