ICM Resale Shop needs volunteer help with sorting, organizing and pricing inventory at the storefront.

Proceeds support the charitable services of Interfaith Caring Ministries including our Food Pantry, emergency Rent and Utilities Assistance programs, and homebound senior services.

Interfaith Caring Ministries is in need of a volunteer receptionist for our administrative office. The volunteer will be trained on greeting clients and other walk in visitors; routing calls, disseminating agency information; taking messages, searching for records in our client database software and scheduling client appointments. Must be comfortable talking to clients and handling a sensitive, vulnerable population. You will be the face of our organization and must be professional and handle multiple tasks at once.

Interfaith Caring Ministries is in need of client interviewers for our Client Services program. These volunteers are responsible for greeting clients and interviewing them one-on-one as they complete paperwork and apply for financial assistance with our agency. Volunteers should be comfortable working with a sensitive and vulnerable population; professionalism, adhering to a strict confidentiality policy and handling clients with kindness, patience and grace are a must.
