We target base starter home as 4-bedroom, 1000 ft² and $150,000 cost.
We also arrange 50% ownership $75,000, and 25% ownership $40,000 with exclusive use of a bedroom.

Homeownership Planning Corps is a nonprofit coalition, led by YHL, dedicated to helping future homeowners plan early to work, save, and build strong credit so they can achieve homeownership while still young.

This is a part-time unpaid volunteer role for the Captain of Homeownership Planning Corps at a place of work and is supported in the Houston, TX area. The Captain will be responsible for leading and coordinating homeownership planning advocating programs at the community.
