Role Description:
Remote Office Admin Volunteer, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to spread love and support throughout Houston. Your responsibilities will include answering incoming calls, handling emails, scheduling appointments and providing compassionate assistance to individuals seeking information about our organization's services and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Empathetic and patient attitude
- Ability to handle inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Basic computer skills for email correspondence
- Bilingual preferred - Spanish and English
Monday - Friday 9 AM to 5 PM
