What will volunteers do?
Setup: Help prepare the venue the day of the event (prepping indoor space & volunteer area, banner, posters, directional & distancing signs, tables, chairs, boxes & kits, signage & forms
Greeters: Hand out event resource packets, masks, answer questions to help families get to the vendor booths
Distribution: Help distribute school bags to 3,000 students
Crowd control: Help maintain social distancing and help families navigate through the event
Ushering/ Floater/ Interpreters: distribute water & masks, encourage hand sanitizing, direct people to the correct entrance, answer questions ,provide directions to restrooms, assist with miscellaneous tasks
Cleanup: Assist with cleanup after the event, shut down vendor tables, collect empty boxes and trash pickup
